Since my little days, you could see that my face profile was different from others, the lower jaw was too far forward. Then I was growing the gap between jaws kept increasing and now my front teeth cannot engage and I cannot bite something off only my molar teeth are engaging.

Then I was a teenager I was having a complex about my situation. Only then I was 14 years old my mother took me to see an orthodontist and she said that my situation cannot be fixed with just braces there will not be a good result and might get problems with occlusion. I was crying alot because of this situation then you know you can fix it but you can’t afford it, there was no money (mom was taking care of one more brother and sister by herself).

Then I grew up and started working I signed up for mouth surgeon consultation. He prepared my treatment plan and introduced it to me. At the time I was happy yet sad, I was happy because my problem can be treated but I was sad because surgery will cost 11000 euros. It’s alot of money and it’s the only thing that is preventing me from achieving my dream. Now I am having pre-surgery treatment with braces. I am mentally prepared for surgery even though it’s complicated, I am prepared for everything but still hoping for the best!

Moreover, I am trying to save up the money but I am so young and don’t have anyone who could help me with this much, so I have to ask other people to help me. I avoided writing to Face Fund (Veido fondas) because I was ashamed of the situation that I can’t do it all by myself… I honestly believe that publicity and good people will help me to fulfil my dream! I will be forever grateful to everyone who will help my cause!"
