I had a health problem since childhood - a skeletal malocclusion. Unfortunately, so far there has been no opportunity to take care of this extremely sensitive issue for me since my childhood. My mother passed away when I was only 9 months old. My uncle, my mother’s brother, and his wife adopted me. The family did not have the financial opportunities to take care of skeletal malocclusion. Destiny happened in such a way that I lost my aunt who raised me when I was 16 years old. I always called her my mother. I started living in a child foster home since my aunt passed away.
I decided to learn Cook vocation after the graduation of Basic education. I chose this vocation because I really enjoyed helping my aunt to cook meals during the holidays since my childhood. Culinary has become not only the main hobby for me but also a job.
Currently, I am starting to create my own life: I am renting an apartment in Vilnius, working in the restaurant „Solt Dining“ and I want to fulfil my old dream – to have a regular bite and a beautiful smile. I understand that appearance is not everything, but it also affects my health (I had a nasal septum surgery in 2018) and self-confidence. I visited specialists and learned that treatment and surgery are quite expensive. Although I started saving money for these procedures from my own salary, I understand that I will not be able to fulfil my dream without the help of others.
I know that the path to fulfilling my dream will not be easy, there will be surgery and long treatment. However, I am determined to all the necessary procedures that will be needed to achieve my dream. I hope that someday my dream will become a reality and I will be wholeheartedly grateful to all who will contribute to its implementation.
